Clients: As our client, we will collect your name, address, email, phone number, direct debit or credit card details, company details, website, social media profiles and sometimes login details, and business information for your marketing strategy and goals.

We never request your sensitive data unless it is essential to the success of your programme.

Why do we collect this information?

Website: We collect this information so we can respond to your enquiry, send your downloads to you,

Clients: We collect this information so we can book you in for your workshops or programme, provide the highest level of service, communication, training and coaching with full understanding of your business.

We will use your information to conduct research, plan your programme, communicate with you during your programme via email, phone, social media, Skype, send out your invoices, and share relevant information with you.

What do we do with your information?

Website: Your personal data is stored within our website system and on email which are GDPR compliant.

Clients: Your personal data is stored on GDPR compliant systems that we use and shared within the Mushroom Soufflé Team.

Your data is not shared or sold to any third parties. We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, GoCardless. You can review the provider’s privacy policy at We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

How long do we keep your information for?

Website: Your information is kept for 2 years after we cease communications. After 2 years your information is deleted.

Clients: Your information is kept for as long as we work together. When your programme comes to an end we delete all record of social media passwords immediately.

All records of training and coaching are kept for 2 years afterwards, unless you come back to work with us during this time. After 2 years these details are deleted.

Your invoicing details will be kept in our accounts system Kashflow for 10 years from ceasing working together.

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.

You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask for us to give you a copy of the information.

You can also ask us to stop using your information – the simplest way to do this is to withdraw your consent, which you can do at any time by emailing, writing or telephoning us using the contact details above.
